Quilting/Crafting Fellowship
Our quilting/crafting ministry is about fellowshipping with other women in the church and sharing different projects and ideas with one another. Although the emphasis is on quilting, not everyone in the ministry quilts, you can bring a craft, knitting, crocheting or any project to work on.
Our group meets every Tuesday night: 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. and one Saturday a month 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Glory Room. See 2011 schedule below.
You will need the following basic quilting tools:
· Your sewing machine with extension cord
· Quilting ruler and cutting mat (available for use)
· Rotary cutter 45mm, seam ripper
· Scissors and quilting pins
· A project with fabric and matching thread (beginners patterns available)
